The total you see at checkout is the total you pay — no hidden handling fees.

Processing and delivery

Orders are packed in 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Handcrafted wood furniture

Our solid wood furniture is made to order. Please allow about 2–4 weeks for crafting before shipping, then 5–10 business days for delivery. Large pieces may ship by freight; we email tracking and delivery details. Furniture ships free on orders over the free-shipping threshold.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Address changes

Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change an address. Once a parcel is with the carrier it cannot be redirected.

Lost, late or damaged

If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number (and a photo for damage). We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
